Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Site Visit Booking Fee
Site visit booking fees are non-refundable once an engineer or designer has conducted the site inspection. If cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled visit, a rescheduling or refund can be requested.
2. Design & Consultation Services
Advance token amounts paid for 2D layout planning, 3D interior design work, or structural calculations are non-refundable once design work has commenced.
3. Turnkey Execution & Material Advance
For execution projects (civil/interior), material advance payments are strictly non-refundable once custom materials, furniture, or raw construction supplies have been ordered or delivered to the site.
4. Requesting a Cancellation
