1. Scope of Services

Archicraft provides civil engineering planning, structural execution, 3D architectural rendering, and interior design execution services across Jharkhand, Bihar, West Bengal, and Odisha.

2. Cost Estimates & Project Quotations

Calculations generated through our online cost estimator or site visits are tentative estimates. Final project scope, material specifications, delivery timelines, and costs will be finalized via a signed written agreement prior to project commencement.

3. Payment Terms

• Advance payments/booking fees are required to lock design schedules and material procurement.
• Payments must follow the milestone structure outlined in the specific project contract.
• Delayed payments may result in work suspension or revised delivery timelines.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure valid property ownership, required municipal approvals, uninterrupted site access, and access to basic site utilities (electricity and water) during construction or interior execution.

5. Intellectual Property

All 3D designs, architectural blueprints, layouts, and website content remain the intellectual property of Archicraft until full payment is settled for design handovers.
